Referral / Affiliate Addon

I have a real estate website that I would like to add a sign in referral / affiliate section to. I would like the the referral / affiliate section to be like the one here on http://referrals.siamrealestate.com (not my site - you will have to join to see how it all works.)
As on the example site above, the whole “affiliate / referral add on” will have to smoothly integrate into my existing site and have ALL the features that the example site has..
Please DO NOT BID unless you know EXACTLY what is involved in the site example given.. You will have to join to see how it works.
