Ted Pawlowski is the founder of Outsourcing Specialists, Inc. He has an in-depth background in operations, logistics, and support. He was the driving force in several privately held profitable start-up companies in the textiles services and support market. His main energies are concentrated on labor reduction and vendor alignment to produce cost savings and profitable results.

His core beliefs are in taking ownership and pride in both the companies he worked for and the companies he owned. His entrepreneurial "can do" spirit and tireless leadership by example shaped and nurtured his growing ventures.

Today, Ted remains focused on the opportunities that exist for the promising business owner. His passion is to deliver client support that is needed in any business sale. His honesty and integrity allow him to be impartial yet supportive to all parties involved.

Ted attended Cleveland State University and has gained valuable experience in business management through his employment with the Contracted Operations Division of E. I. DuPont and Company.

He has owned a nightclub, bar and grill, textile piece and sew, and database management company. He is no stranger to the Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg communities, where he has volunteered his time in many worthwhile organizations.

He resides in downtown Anderson with his wife, Stephanie, their daughter, Mari, and three "saved" mutts.Ted hopes to be at your service in the very near future.

Tom joined OSI in 2005 as Vice President, where he focuses primarily on Business Valuations. He has a thorough background in Accounting and Management and exposure to international operations, logistics and support. Tom has also led several successful ventures in privately held profitable start-up companies.

Tom has more than two decades of operational and management experience, and is an entrepreneur who owned his own successful coaching and consulting business, helping other business owners with start-up, modernization, setting priorities, and creating the balance they want and need between life and work. He has also owned a nightclub/restaurant.

Tom and Ted share common core beliefs and values about the future and their roles in establishing traditional bonds of honesty, integrity, and loyalty with their clients. His passion is helping others to succeed in business and life.

Today, his endeavor is to get back to basics: Customer Satisfaction, Accountability, Diligence, Insight, and Problem Solving. He believes it is imperative to inject pride in work and be driven by the needs of the Client and not by the needs of the Company.

Tom attended Western Carolina University and received degrees in Business Administration and German.

He and his wife Judy now live on the Emerald Coast and have lived in Destin, Florida for over ten years but resided in the Greenville, SC area for more than twenty years.
